Michael is a multi-media artist and designer whose career spans over two decades, working across a range of mediums spanning video art, painting, print and magazine design, illustration, art production, digital and now experiential design.

In previous roles Michael was Art Director at The Bulletin magazine, and Senior Designer at Maxco. With creative director Kristen Doyle Michael established boutique design agency killanoodle in the late 2000s, working with clients across real estate, fashion, music and hospitality.

As a Co-Founder and Director of Esem Projects, Michael leads all technical and design outcomes, working across digital projection, urban media, public art and video-based creative programming. Michael has a number of trusted, long term clients who have engaged his art direction and creative services on a variety of projects, recognising Michael's versatility across a range of mediums, genres and artforms.

Michael remains a maverick creative innovator, and spends his spare time creating video art through his favourite analogue synthesis hardware, LZX Industries. Follow Michael's work on Instagram.
